Sunday, May 10, 2009: It was out and about for an animal viewing run today. I just wanted to get in a good six miler to start the week. The sun was shining, clouds were drifting around the area, and the animals along the running route were plentiful, if common.
With the nice day, I was even able to run in just running shorts and a sleeveless running shirt. As an extra bonus, not a single can or bottle needed to be picked up! The running log for today: 6.260 miles.
