As winters go, this has been a good one. Since December started by providing a good amount of snow, it was easy for January to follow that lead. The early part of January was the best with about two feet of snow on the ground for a few days. This resulted in wonderful conditions for some snowshoe treks. I have created a photo account on flickr! and this slide show is created from one of the good day's snowshoe photographs.
